Consider These if You are on Amazon India - Looking to Buy Glass Mosaic Tiles?

try mosaic glass mirror tiles for home diy projects
Glass mosaic tiles are more than just design accents — they’re an art form that brings light, color, and personality to any space. Whether you’re redecorating your kitchen backsplash, framing a mirror, or crafting handmade coasters, these tiny pieces of glass can transform the ordinary into the eye-catching. In home décor, glass mosaic tiles shine brightest where they can play with light. Try using them on a feature wall, around a vanity mirror, or as a border in your bathroom. The reflective surface bounces light around the room, adding depth and elegance. You can also use mosaic tiles on tabletops or plant stands for a touch of color without overpowering your interior theme. Pair neutral tiles with metallic grout for a sophisticated look, or experiment with vibrant tones to create a lively, artistic vibe. For DIY enthusiasts, mosaic tiles are equally rewarding.

Break away from large-scale projects and start small — decorate picture frames, trays, candle holders, or flower pots. Arrange tiles by hue, shape, or random pattern, then secure them with adhesive and finish with grout to create a smooth, durable surface. These projects make beautiful, personalized gifts and are an excellent way to reuse leftover tiles from renovations. The best part? Glass mosaic tiles require minimal maintenance and stand up to moisture, making them perfect for both indoor and outdoor applications. Whether you’re aiming for elegance or creativity, these tiles give you endless ways to express yourself — one small piece at a time. Tip: Always buy 10–15% extra tiles to allow for cutting and pattern alignment. The small details make the biggest difference in creating mosaic perfection.

VERDICT...SO FAR?

From what I have been able to see online, across marketplaces and e-commerce web stores, the collection put up by Sai Mosaic Art is the best so far! None of the other brands in this niche has the type of variety this store offers. You can find a wide variety of geometric mosaic tiles in various shapes and sizes, and you can bulk order as needed. Their customer support is really good too! I would suggest trying their Metal Foil Glass Mosaic Tiles, which are nearly impossible to find anywhere else. The prices are good, and you can expect a quick turnaround on the order processing too!

What is the Myntra platform fee? and why should we pay for it?

I came back to Myntra after a bit of a break, busy exploring AJIO, Amazon Fashion, and Pantaloons, and this time around, while checking out, the billing structure suggested that Myntra is charging INR 20 per order as a Platform Fee! I am not sure what was going through the minds of the financial decision-making machinery at Myntra but honestly, it just does not make a lot of sense. Just imagine this - they are charging this fee under the pretext of "...for a hassle-free app experience" which makes you want to ask the Myntra team - all along, did the entire billed amount go to the manufacturer or the seller and the app was being kept "hassle-free" via goodwill and charity? Before this Platform Fee came along, Myntra, as a retail platform, was making no money from every transaction or purchase? Most people would agree, it was. It is too obvious that Myntra has been monetized like any other online shopping app. In the digital retail space, all of us know the game of tripling or quadrupling the retail sticker price to ensure that the "unbelievable offers" that claim up to 70% discount look genuine. That remains a banal and dimwitted effort to showcase the prices with a massive cutdown and nearly every shopping space online did it while many are still doing it. Even worse is some apps charging us on the grounds of Charity contributions just to ensure that their taxation liabilities remain restricted. But in this case, if the Platform Fee is not there, Myntra people will not ensure the 'continuous improvement' of the app? This makes you wonder - WHY ARE WE BEING BOTHERED AND CHARGED ABOUT IMPROVING THE APP?

Online Shopping Review for Mr. Bowerbird Apparels on Myntra

This review comes after three purchases and some really close inspection - there is a brand on Myntra, called Mr. Bowerbird, and I am pretty sure that the softness and overall quality of the fabric it offers is right up there with some of the luxury brands, and close competitors like H&M. I had been tracking their inventory options for some time. The prices were usually a bit inflated - at least, that is what I felt about the sticker tags. But in the last 10 days or so, the prices have been really cut down. It must be one of those discount schemes that I seldom understand, but yes, it gave me the opportunity to order a bit from this niche brand.

The two, round-neck t-shirts were brilliantly done, ensuring the seams were almost invisible, the fabric ultra-soft, and the slightly relaxed fitting done to perfection. That is what this brand does - Mr. Bowerbird does not try to impress you with iconoclastic designs or color combinations that would challenge a rainbow. Mr. Bowerbird does the basics right, to the extent of perfecting them. It sets new standards for everyday apparel with the loveliest fabrics. Expect a very subtle sheen on the apparel despite using top-quality cotton. This is sure to protect against the visual wear & tear that repeated washing or hard water use causes. Apart from the tees, I have bought two woolen polos. Now, this in itself is a bit unconventional. These are essentially cotton and not woolen t-shirts, done in a simple form for the changing season.

So, you get warm, half-sleeve tees that can be worn as it is or combined with some outerwear to protect against the extreme winters. My usual colors are rust, dark orange, and all hues of maroon, and Mr. Bowerbird provides plenty of options for me. I would recommend this fashion apparel brand to every guy out there who demands everyday apparel options in the best fabrics without the luxury pricing. Want more? And this is perhaps the most lovable aspect of shopping for a Mr. Bowerbird product - they pack the merchandise in small, paper bags that come with tie chords, and each unit has its own notepad! Yes, a simple, plain paper notepad is great for noting down things. Again, there is nothing magical to talk about a notepad, but then, Mr. Bowerbird does this in a similar manner - a good quality product delivered with utter simplicity.

Buy It for the Texture alone...

This has been happening for almost four years now—I have been buying shirts purely because of the texture rather than looking at the shades or various hues of the same primary color. I had bought some Khadi shirts almost a decade back and when they started aging, they developed a unique texture. This was not the worn-down, distressed look but something interesting. Something that takes well to repeated washing and light ironing and does not crease a lot and even when it creases, the overall look is not that bad. This texturing thing is akin to a combination of linen, khadi, and cotton - mixed together. 100% cotton is being branded too casually these days. The result is many cotton shirts not looking the part as the thread count is often too low. The texture I am talking about has a subtle hint of the linen, as if in the background with good cotton at the forefront. This fabric blend is hard to define because my interpretation is different from what the package reads. But invariably this is without any type of spandex or elastane that tends to add a polyester-like sheen. Instead, this fabric blend tends to hang rather well rather than clinging too close to the skin. Linen on its own is highly crushable – something I have always hated. Mixed with cotton in the usual form, it tends to lose its essence. My blend is about a fabric that has no see-through features, looks like linen and khadi blended, with a very summery-cotton type aura about it. My shirt shopping for reasons as illogical as the ones discussed here have taken another leap in the work-from-home ecosystem where I am still buying a lot, wearing very little, and hoping beyond reason that I will again get the opportunity to flaunt a few good ones. As of now, on September 7th, 2021, the fact is that buying more clothes is just about feeling good rather than bringing about any practical utility. Have some money? Use it a bit to buy a few moments of happiness and hopefully, some of these worldly possessions will become useful when the new normal goes away and the conventional normal is back!

Should be GOOD because it’s LIMITED EDITION? Not sure about this bUyInG MinDseT…!

ultra luxurious labels lie
I realized one thing the other day when viewing some real fancy sneakers on Jabong the other day – every time the phrase limited edition was used, it grabbed my attention instantly. Immediately, I concluded that these items would be worth the big sticker price, the materials would be exquisite and the style…wouldn’t make sense to argue it because anything with this tagline would have all ticked every checklist ingredients…right?

For the Love of Impact Mints, Actually the Box…OK!! It Is Just A Short Review!

Image of Impact Mint Original Pack Strawberry Flavor
Flavor? Strawberry but Not Bothered About It!
I am a bit of spontaneous spender, picking-up things for their aesthetics first and function later. This has contributed to a ton of stuff that has little practical use but once seemed irresistible. This lethal habit surfaced again when visiting the Pinnacle Mall, Dwarka. The weed after the Republic Day weekend was slow, somewhat lazy.

We decided to test new shopping locales and across the rather well-designed mall that has 12 levels along with Daily Delite outlet on the ground floor. This is where, at the cash counter, I spotted this gem of a package – Impact Mints, sitting pretty at the cashier’s desk with other confectionery items that are often used when easy change is not available. I have had this childhood crush on tiny, smallish cases and boxes, even packaging, that looks playful, borderline cute.

Why buying genuine cacti online is difficult?

buying cactus online
Cacti are a group of plants that are part of the Cactaceae family. They are native to the Americas, and are known for their unique adaptations to arid and desert environments. They have thick, fleshy stems that store water, and often have sharp spines or bristles to protect them from animals. Cacti also have small, shallow root systems that allow them to quickly absorb water when it is available. They can survive long periods without water and can grow in extremely hot temperatures. They come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors and are popular houseplants and garden plants. Cacti can also be used for ornamental and medicinal purposes. They are known for their ability to remove toxins from the air and their ability to improve humidity in a room.

Changing Tracks: Hustling it like Bestylish.com

Bestylish.com Online Shopping Review
I realize that this blog was supposed to be Metro-centric centric but I just could not resist the temptation to share with you guys how bestylish.com is currently using and hustling online shoppers like me on 15 August 2012. For starters, they launched an aggressive email campaign, claiming to offer a nearly 80% discount. Further, this section actually had a pretty decent collection. However, as soon as I started choosing, combining, and checking out after spending about 30 minutes, the site repeatedly started stating
"bad server connection". When I called up their customer care, the answer was like a pre-fed response: "There is a technical issue". What I didn't realize at that time was that upon hitting refresh or reviewing my shopping cart every few minutes, the list started getting emptied. For some reason, the stock seemed to be withering away every minute!

However, every time I chose to proceed towards buying something away from the discount list, the payment gateway was happy to welcome me!! online shopping reviews about bestylish.comThe site only presented the payment issue until its Clearance list was left to around 10-12 items...isn't it obvious? This was just a marketing gimmick to tantalize, hook, and induce online shoppers to buy more from them. Shame on bestylish.com, calling them an online brand is a blasphemy of retail itself.  Whoever the manager or CEO running this freak-show is, better know that word about such things gets out pretty quick, son! U are not a marketing genius, just played a dumb hand that is gonna become your own strangle-hold. Feel like opening a big can of whup-a** on these jerks. Just another example of why I look down upon the typical MBA professionals: their entire training is focused on manipulating the consumer mindset and not tonkeeping it well-informed or happy.
